Responsibilities

Creative Support: Assist in the development of sponsorable assets and draft compelling creative briefs that guide production teams
Production Liaison: Support custom content shoots by coordinating with production teams, ensuring brand requirements and creative goals are met on-set
Portfolio Management: Maintain and organize creative catalogs and sponsorship inventories across multiple internal platforms
Workflow Management: Oversee internal tracking systems for creative requests and deliverables, ensuring no detail is missed in a high-volume environment
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate sponsorship goals into engaging visual and digital content

Qualification

Required

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
While this is a coordinator role, a mix of creative intuition and administrative discipline is essential

You can hold your own in a room with clients and production crews alike
You thrive in high-pressure environments and can pivot quickly as business needs change
You are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in on high-priority, last-minute tasks
