Collaborate with content leads, designers, and cross-functional teams to produce digital, video, and print materials
Write and edit copy for diverse marketing assets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand guideline adherence
Review Value Proposition Documents (VPDs) and strategic materials to align copy with product positioning and launch goals
Adapt writing styles for formats like brochures, web content, and video scripts
Maintain and update product listings on web, media, print, and internal platforms
Actively collaborate in online project management systems, managing multiple projects and deadlines
Incorporate feedback, revise copy through robust review processes, and ensure content meets quality and brand standards
Qualification
Required
7-10+ years of professional copywriting experience, proven via online portfolio
Ability to write for various marketing formats including brochures, web, email, and video scripts
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for building relationships and effective collaboration
Initiative to explore internal/external resources like Sales Manuals, company websites, and historical materials for product and industry knowledge
Experience with online project management systems (Workfront preferred)
Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and stakeholder collaboration
Expertise in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and other creative/business software
Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and quickly learn industry, products, and software
Preferred
Background in agriculture or experience with ag-related products
Agency experience
Experience with Workfront project management system
Familiarity with Agile methodology
