Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores in assigned geography
Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, as well as, insuring freshness on all products in all assigned stores
Being able to utilize our data to develop fact-based presentations for our customers and follow our call process
Also, handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials
Manage all 1 to 1 consumer activations through hostesses in all different channels: IR, Partners Plus, Brand Retail, Events and LAMPs
Select (bid), train, monitor and control Hostesses agencies, with appropriated SLAs
Recruit, train and develop hostesses’ pool
Manage production and contents for hostess’s agencies
Ensure p&ps and internal audits and controls needed
Develop and manage new and efficient hostesses’ management platform and implement pay for performance program for IR Hostesses
Provide a 360-degree Brand and consumer Activation Operations management, integrating consumer & KPIs analysis, and, above all, Hostesses agencies supervision, to ensure business goals achievement through 1 to 1 interactions
Recruit, prepare, lead, motivate, coach and develop IR Activations Specialist and E&L Activations & Ops Specialist, to maximize team and individual performance
Provide timely feed-back and coaching to pursue continuous improvement and resource development to his/her team, while acting as a role model of PMIs Leadership behaviours
Manage a team of IR Activations Specialist and E&L Activations & Ops Specialist towards to excellence in execution
Manage a team that contribute on Retention and Acquisition for most important consumer activations through Hostesses 1 to 1 interactions
Definition of strategy for hostesses’ activations in IR, E&L
Creation, adaptation, and deployment of training decks for hostesses
Design overall hostesses plan across channels (Events, LAMPs, Indirect Retail, Partners Plus and Brand Retail)
Deployment of toolbox materials for hostesses’ activations
Analysis of IR, Events & LAMPs results
Definition of KPIs for hostess performance and payment clearance
Be the owner of the hostesses’ agencies management for hostesses activities: ensuring the proper planification, Hostesses recruitment, training, reporting, contracts and budget control for LAMPs, Events, Brand Retail and Indirect Retail Activations, etc
Select (bid), train, monitor and control Hostesses agencies, with appropriated SLAs and payment processes
Together with the Brand Engagement Design team, provide creative solutions to reach our LAU and LANU (brand engagement activations) on the most efficient way
Permanent and direct contact with field teams across channels for hostesses activations implementation, namely with Regional Unit Managers and Area Leads team as well as KA Manager and Leads in order to build and conciliate all different Hostesses plans
Manage various key stakeholders internally (e.g. Marketing, CX, Legal, Finance, Corp. Coms/ Global Brand Group and Field Force)
Analysis of IR, Events & LAMPs hostesses activations results
Coordinate and develop all the reporting tools inside the unit related with activations, KPI’s, stock management, production, etc. that will be monitored on a weekly / monthly /quarterly basis
Manage and control of Hostesses NPS follow up and solutions inside the Brand Engagement Unit for all hostesses’ activities across channels
Develop, manage, feed and maintain a digital hostesses management platform to be used by all involved stakeholders (Agencies, frontliners, Backoffice, support team, etc.)
Monitor the assigned team budget to ensure efficiency of the resource allocation
Execute the operational process related to engagement activities
Start and develop efficiency projects on budget monitoring
Maintain the tracking files ensuring that the spending is aligned to budget availability while remaining flexible to reallocate resources appropriately to reflect changes in the business dynamics
Qualification
Required
University degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Design or Communication
Previous experience (min 3 years) in marketing and agencies management, projects management and external stakeholders
Fluent in English and advanced in Portuguese
Good Knowledge in Office tools (namely Excel & PowerPoint)
Valid EU Work permit
