Responsibilities
Manage a rapidly growing business line and team, developing talent within your team and developing broader DashMart capabilities
Manage and grow external partnerships - delivering positive outcomes from small day-to-day details to large-scale new strategic initiatives
Lead strategic cross-functional work; coordinating across multiple teams to meet business objectives, root cause problems, and develop creative, long-lasting solutions
Obsess over delivering positive customer outcomes; utilizing analytics, cross-functional insights, and warehouse feedback to drive improvements for customers nationwide
Proactively improve processes and supply chains for retail partners and customers, while achieving positive financial outcomes
Qualification
Required
You have experience managing external relationships from an operational perspective, collaborating with external partners on ways to grow and improve business partnerships
You have strong communication skills and can tailor your communications to meet the intended audience. Audiences for this role may include prospective clients, warehouse managers, internal executives, and cross-functional teams
You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience leading large cross-functional projects spanning 10+ teams in short durations (>8 weeks)
You have a track record of success launching and maintaining new and ambiguous projects within your strategic expertise
You have experience working with financial data and teams and possess strong business acumen
You have a track record of leading and growing high performing teams
You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field
You have 3-5+ years of professional experience in tech, strategy & operations, supply chain, retail management, operational leadership, or a similar field
