Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate alignment and accountability across operations, including daily Top 5 meetings
Support Plant Manager with day-to-day operational coordination
Ensure accurate and complete operational reporting and dashboards
Drive hourly engagement initiatives and lead committee meetings
Plan and coordinate plant-wide engagement events
Prepare leadership-ready presentations and summaries
Support BOS cadence and financial processes
Track milestones and updates for special projects
Create and manage spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
Interpret operational data and create dashboards
Ability to identifies gaps or issues and proactively addresses them
Effectively prioritizes multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work across multiple shifts to support operational needs
Ability to create and manage spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
Ability to interpret operational data and create dashboards

Qualification

Automotive manufacturingOrganizational skillsMicrosoft Office SuiteExcelSAPCommunication skillsTime managementAttention to detail

Required

Minimum of 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
High attention to detail
Works independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

Preferred

SAP experience a plus, but not required
