Responsibilities

Coordinate country clearance requests to support overseas projects

Be responsible for managing on-site logistics, supplies, and administration

Prepare special reports under general guidance

Coordinate special projects / actions and programs

Respond to routine and non-routine inquires using standard formats

Provide word processing support using a variety of software packages to produce standard and nonstandard documents

Advise writers and researchers in matters of style and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications

Qualification

Department of State experienceOverseas Building Operations experienceMS Office Suite proficiencySharePoint proficiencyProfessional communication skills

Required

Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum)

Experience with the Department of State (DoS), Overseas Building Operations (OBO) and interface with tenant agencies

Proficient in MS Office Suite as well as various web-based programs to support travel clearances

Experience using SharePoint as a collaborative tool and general proficiency in maintaining records in shared folders

Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written
