Responsibilities

Lead an integrated Experience Brand approach that bridges Visual Brand Language (VBL) and User Experience (UX)

Contribute to the design strategy and execution for Outdoor, Security, and Connected Water product categories

Deliver outstanding product and experience design that advances brand relevance and business growth

Participate in design execution across strategic product roadmaps, innovation pipelines, and ID-led initiatives

Work It Together with the Innovation Team to align on emerging initiatives and concept development

Lead product initiatives, managing internal and external resources to fulfill a robust design roadmap

Advance connected product design, ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience across multiple touchpoints

Contribute to the best-in-class design processes, methods, and tools

Advocate for appropriate design methodologies such as User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Trend Research

Champion and proactively implement new technologies including AI-augmented design tools and emerging platforms

Lead and contribute to knowledge sharing of technical tools including CAD (SolidWorks), Adobe Creative Cloud, Keyshot, and VR environments
