Machine knowledge
Boxing, accounting and weighing of scrap
Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside regular schedule as required
Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Good communication skills
Operator experience
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside regular schedule as required
Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and repetitive action of lifting and bending
Able to stand up for up to 12 hrs. and work 12 hrs. rotating schedule
Must wear steel toe shoes and appropriate PPE on production floor all times
No shorts, jewelry and loose hanging clothes allowed
