Responsibilities

Planning of all assigned test events, with emphasis on developing and implementing the test artifacts required for each event:
Test objectives
Architecture
Data Item Descriptions
Defense Designs
Sensor Resource Management (SRM) settings
Operational Tasking Data Link (OPTASKLINK), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) configuration and Forwarding Tables, CDS, TDACS, TRAUT TDACS, Comms Connectivity Matrices, Event Configuration Baseline (ECB)
System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs)/Site-Specific Parameters (SSPs)
BDR and PR applicability:
Certification Data Packages
Support planning phase reviews and meetings
Support customer boards and meetings
Support Data Management
Interface with developers
Support government personnel during event execution phases when requested
Support anomaly resolution and troubleshooting
Support analysis group
Support Failure Review Boards (FRBs)

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master's degree (preferred) in a STEM-related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related STEM discipline with 1 year of relevant work experience
Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs

Preferred

Master's Degree in Systems Engineering is highly preferred
Certification: INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification
Certification: Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional - Model Builder Fundamental (OCSMP - MBF)
Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS), including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks
Prior integration and test experience in the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program
