They are seeking an Accounting Representative to assist with daily accounting duties, including accounts payable and KPI data collection, while ensuring timely invoice processing and coding accuracy.

Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable invoices to appropriate plant cost centers and monitor cost center performance against budget
Post the monthly cycle count and annual physical inventory count results as needed
Prepare the inventory accuracy reporting for plant management to review and approve
Assist SAP (ERP system) material create and deployment workflow in corresponding views for the business unit
Support material deployment costing to prepare for the annual costing run
Prepare required reports and Key Performance Indicator’s data entry as needed
Utilize SAP and other systems to gather data to support other department reporting on a monthly basis
Support finance team for various tasks assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Accounting
1-3 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
