Insurance Lounge is the first interactive retail insurance store, and they are seeking a licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Host to partner with commercial clients. The role involves managing policy servicing, guiding clients through renewals, and supporting agency-billed accounts with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities

Working with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options for commercial lines of insurance on a case-by-case basis
Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes
Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients
Follow documentation policies and procedures to ensure client records are maintained within the client management database
Seasonal flexibility for increased customer traffic; and
Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates

Active Oregon P&C licenseCommercial service experienceP&C carriersSales experienceMultitaskingClient supportProfessional communication

Required

Current Insurance license
Previous sales experience
Positive, motivated attitude
Active Oregon resident P&C license
Previous experience with commercial service and sales with Direct and Broker markets
Familiarity with P&C carriers and commercial lines carriers and coverages
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently and complete quotes and service work in a timely manner
Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed
Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients
