Required

IBM Integration architecture experience including design including solid experience with IBM AppConnect and API
Extensive experience in systems integration and REST API design

Expertise in distributed computing architectures
Familiarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to thrive in customer-facing environments, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
Skill managing both onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery

Preferred

Experience with IBM technology stack (APIc, IIB, eXtreme Scale)
Knowledge of Kafka or similar streaming technologies
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience with SAFe principles
Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
