Responsibilities
Assist with device setup, imaging, and configuration using tools such as Intune or Autopilot
Support the management of hardware inventory, asset tracking, and refresh cycles
Help monitor and maintain compliance and security policies for endpoints under guidance from IT Operations
Participate in software deployment, patching, and update activities across Windows and macOS devices
Provide basic technical support to users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with AI-powered tools and automation, including Microsoft Copilot, internal chatbots, and productivity enhancements
Help document internal procedures, IT standards, and process improvements
Contribute to process automation or reporting tasks (e.g., pulling device reports, AI-generated summaries, or compliance dashboards)
Shadow senior technicians and system administrators to understand global IT operations, ticket workflows, and service improvement projects
Support occasional IT initiatives such as office moves, hardware rollouts, or technology upgrades
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic familiarity with Windows administration, Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf, etc.), and AI productivity tools preferred
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI/automation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple small tasks with attention to detail and follow-through
Collaborative, proactive, and curious about enterprise IT operations and emerging technology trends
Enthusiasm for working with a global, diverse team and developing professional skills
