Atlantic Group is hiring a Vice President, Finance & Accounting for our client in a fully remote role. This executive-level position oversees all financial operations, accounting, and FP&A while partnering with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with organizational goals
Executive Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and the board to deliver financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations
FP&A Oversight: Lead the FP&A function, developing models, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance and key financial metrics
Capital & Risk Management: Direct capital allocation, financing strategies, and risk frameworks to ensure liquidity and financial stability
Accounting & Compliance: Manage accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, GAAP compliance, and effective internal controls
Operational Excellence: Optimize financial systems, policies, and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
10-20 years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience, with proven leadership in wealth management or broader financial services
Skilled in financial reporting and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Workday Adaptive Planning, with advanced Excel and data modeling proficiency
Deep understanding of investment advisory, regulatory compliance, and multi-entity consolidations within the wealth management sector
Strategic, self-directed leader with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and driving organizational alignment
