Responsibilities

Serving as a liaison between project management and the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination
Assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, including cost estimates, limitation of cost/funds letters, material disposition requests, project status reports, budget tracking, and labor/material purchase requests
Performing data entry and executing management reports to support project management and decision-making
Assessing project issues and assisting with developing resolutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement process improvements
