Guide Financial Advisor and new client onboarding processes

Lead resolution of escalated operational issues

Communicate with advisor teams regarding potential operations issues

Execute and take ownership of assigned projects

Maintain regular updates to manager on progress and challenges

Collaborate with CIB operation teams for process improvements

Support operational efficiency initiatives

Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures

Utilize strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment

Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows

Qualification

Required

A min of 2-3 years of operations experience

Experience working with product groups

Understanding of brokerage business

Experience interfacing with operational teams, client associates, and Financial Advisors

Experience with brokerage operations or systems

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

Control-oriented mindset

Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Team player mindset

Strong Excel skills

Undergraduate degree

Preferred

Series 7 license
