Responsibilities

Manage enrollment, insurance, and HIPAA-related needs for all plans using internal systems and reports (e.g., K2 Workflow, App Express Menu, Cypress, SIR tasks)

Respond to member inquiries by phone and email regarding enrollment, insurance, and HIPAA needs

Provide clear, timely, and professional communication

Participate in team and department meetings; provide backup for department phone queues as needed

Required

Training for competency in Amisys, Workflow, Appian, and Church systems (CDOL, RecEntry, Missionary Inquiry)

Customer service expertise for all plans

Previous experience with health insurance plans/products in Missionary Medical, including Amisys transactions

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Experience with Medicare enrollment for senior missionaries

Exceptional follow-through, self-motivation, and accountability
