Responsibilities

Develop and oversee salary structures, job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay equity to ensure competitive compensation packages
Manage health, retirement, wellness, PTO and other benefits programs, collaborate with vendors to maintain compliance and maximize employee value
Lead incentive and recognition program design to drive engagement, performance, and retention
Manage the company equity program, including administering grants, tracking vesting schedules, maintaining accurate equity records, coordinating with Finance and Legal, ensuring compliance with plan documents, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee equity questions
Manage broker relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service expectations
Ensure compliance with local regulations and act as primary contact for external audits
Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation packages
Collaborate with HRBPs on compensation issues
Identify trends and opportunities for strategic improvement
Create and deliver communications and training materials on compensation and benefits for employees and managers

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in global compensation and benefits management
Extensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
Collaborative mindset is a must

Preferred

Advanced degrees or certifications (CCP)
Sales compensation expertise
Experience in Dayforce
