Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for clients

Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on account activities

Assist in client onboarding and account setup processes

Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for Financial Advisors

Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms, transfer requests, and updates

Maintain accurate client records in the firm's CRM system

Prepare reports and materials for client meetings

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes and timely client service

Coordinate with custodians, third-party teams, and the operations team to facilitate transactions

Monitor and follow up on pending client requests

Adhere to all FINRA and company policies and regulations

Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data privacy

Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and client experience

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technology

Participate in relevant training sessions
