Sr. Consultant, Procurement - Strategic Supplier Relationship Management

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for strategic suppliers, managing escalations and fostering strong partnerships
Lead governance routines—Quarterly Business Reviews, steering committees, and scorecard evaluations—to ensure accountability and transparency
Monitor supplier performance, financial health, and risk exposure; implement improvements that enhance quality and reduce costs
Develop and drive tracking of contracted deliverables (e.g., termination clauses, pricing, SLAs) and obligations in collaboration with business partners
Align supplier strategies with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise priorities
Partner with internal stakeholders and senior management to monitor, evaluate, and review supplier spend; provide thought leadership to reduce expenses and drive additional value
Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and process enhancements that deliver measurable impact
Drive adoption of new technologies and frameworks that elevate supplier lifecycle management
Collaborate on change management initiatives to improve onboarding, governance, and stakeholder engagement
Champion continuous improvement by assessing roadblocks and implementing solutions that advance procurement maturity
Provide direction and deliver solutions on complex assignments, projects, and initiatives to build and enhance SRM capabilities across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
5 - 7+ Years experience in supplier management or related fields
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills and close attention to detail is necessary
Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, ServiceNow)
Experience with strategic supplier management and risk compliance (TPRM, SOX)
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
