Responsibilities
Partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio
Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis
Manage credit quality within the team’s credit portfolio
Provide guidance to customers
Identify and successfully capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships
Manage credit risk
Respond to prospect or customer credit questions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of Business Banking experience
Preferred
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
Demonstrated understanding of intermediate financial accounting and analysis
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
Effective verbal and written communication skills
