Responsibilities

Validate end-to-end Product Information Management workflows, including:
Product creation, enrichment, classification, and hierarchy management
Attribute modeling, variants, bundles, kits, and digital assets
Product lifecycle states (draft, approval, publish, retire)
Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and governance rules prior to downstream publishing
Validate PIM integrations with OMS, ecommerce platforms, pricing, inventory, and ERP systems
Verify correct downstream behavior driven by PIM changes (pricing, availability, promotions, catalog visibility)
Validate retail business workflows such as pricing, inventory availability, promotions, order creation, fulfillment, and returns with a PIM-first perspective
Execute end-to-end ecommerce scenarios including cart, checkout, payment, shipping, split shipments, and returns, ensuring product data consistency throughout
Support OMS testing where product setup, sourcing, and fulfillment logic originate from PIM-driven data
Partner closely with Business Process Owners, Merchandising, and Product teams to translate PIM requirements into testable scenarios
Collaborate with SI partners, PIM vendors, OMS teams, and internal engineering to ensure cross-system product data alignment
Use Azure DevOps for test planning, execution tracking, defect management, and evidence documentation

Required

5+ years of QA experience, with strong emphasis on retail merchandising workflows
Proven ability to validate business processes across PIM (Product Information Management), OMS (Order Management System), and ecommerce solutions
Hands-on experience validating Product Information Management systems and product data flows
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
Strong understanding of merchandising hierarchies and attributes
Strong understanding of variant modeling
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business SMEs, SI partners, vendor platforms)
Experience in complex, multi-tiered release environments
Solid understanding of how product data impacts cart, checkout, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with ERP/Finance touchpoints related to product and order flows (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, settlements)

Preferred

Hands-on experience with PIM platforms such as Stibo (most preferred), Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, or Pimcore
Experience with retail platforms such as Kibo, Relex, Adobe Commerce
Knowledge of inventory, replenishment, and store operations influenced by PIM data
Experience testing integrations involving loyalty, and complex fulfillment scenarios
