Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the COE program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and CCSG objectives
Organize and manage community outreach events, educational programs, and engagement activities, including maintaining program timelines and deliverables
Track and report program metrics to demonstrate impact and compliance with CCSG requirements
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, including developing and distributing program communications, newsletters, event announcements and outreach materials
Provide administrative and logistical support to program staff, including onboarding and training, preparing progress reports, assisting with grants, and collaborating with COE leaders on budgets and resource allocation

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
One year of experience in program administration or academic, instructional, or counseling activities
Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Preferred

Experience in event and program planning, coordination, and project management
Familiarity with community engagement principles, health equity initiatives, and grant compliance
Knowledge of Redcap database
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
