Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
At least two years experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

BSME or equivalent

Demonstrated methodical problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in hands on manufacturing activity
