Responsibilities
Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers
Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities
Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership
Manage program budgets and financials
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
Drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical consumer programs—setting goals, aligning milestones, and mobilizing execution across teams
Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate ambitious ideas into well-sequenced technical workstreams
Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams
Anticipate technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and guide the program team through clear, scalable paths forward
Create clarity where there’s ambiguity—using data, insight, and storytelling to inform stakeholders and enable smart decision-making
Elevate the craft of program management by championing Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment
6+ years of relevant experience in technical program management or engineering, including experience at scale in consumer-facing tech
Strong technical fluency—you can navigate architecture conversations and partner credibly with engineers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience driving complex, cross-functional programs involving mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and APIs
Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and program governance at enterprise scale
Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the org
Presence and ability to frame issues for senior stakeholders with clarity, context, and credibility
Passion for consumer experiences, developer velocity, and cross-functional teamwork
