Responsibilities
Partner with the Land Acquisition team to streamline how we evaluate and pursue new land opportunities
Analyze market data, deal pipelines, and site evaluations to help teams identify where to build next
Improve the workflows that move a potential site from 'interesting' to 'under contract'
Build documentation and process maps that capture how we assess land deals so make smart decisions faster
Support the tools and systems our teams use to track opportunities, manage due diligence, and collaborate with developers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
1-2 years in business analysis, technology implementation, or process improvement
Analytical mindset: you can interpret data and translate business needs into requirements
Clear communicator who connects well with both technical and business teams
Curious about technology (including AI) and a passion to learn
The boldness to ask why and challenge the status quo
