Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Provide ongoing support and enablement to key business areas (Sales, Sales Operations, Ecosystems, Finance, etc.)

Identify gaps in current processes, develop new procedures, and streamline existing workflows within the Lead to Cash Operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing and creation to post-sale finalization of Marketplace transactions

Work closely with finance, legal, sales operations, and audit teams to ensure compliance and governance of all active agreements

Drive initiatives to refine and automate processes, improving overall operational efficiency

Lead efforts in process governance and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in all sales activities
