The Sheetmetal Fabrication Technician will be responsible for setting up and operating sheet metal equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities
Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Set up and operate a variety of Sheet Metal equipment, including Water jet, Rolls, Press-Brake, Laser, and Shear, following established procedures and safety guidelines
Promptly report accidents, injuries, and safety hazards to supervisors and take appropriate actions
Complete required training within specified timelines to maintain knowledge and compliance
Operate Sheet Metal equipment, interpret blueprints accurately, and produce parts to specifications
Continuously improve department efficiency, maintain clean work areas, and seek opportunities for process enhancements
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately to ensure precise execution of manufacturing tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience operating waterjet, plasma table, burn table, or similar equipment
Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
Preferred
Knowledge of 2-axis CNC operation
Experience with other Sheet Metal equipment, such as rolls, press-brake, laser, shear
