Responsibilities

Assemble electronic units and identify correct parts/materials
Operate assembly machines and utilize a variety of hand tools
Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives; perform measurements using basic instruments
Read and interpret assembly/process instructions and engineering standards
Use computer systems for work instructions, labor charging, and generating NCM reject tags
Follow material handling, packaging techniques, and work priorities to meet production goals
Maintain accurate records, communicate professionally, and comply with company policies

Required

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of a year of relevant experience
Experience with soldering
Electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience
Experience with data entry: entering numbers into spreadsheets, recording production data, SAP, and inventory tracking
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Preferred

Experience with electronic assembly
Experience in the aerospace industry
Experience with blueprints or schematics
Experience working with torque wrenches, wire crimpers, or other hand tools
3-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
