Support and manage IT infrastructure across 40+ dental practices nationwide
Work with both internal IT and external MSPs
Lead and manage technical projects
Administer Windows Server and network infrastructure
Coordinate hardware/network upgrades and VoIP migrations
Manage procurement and installation of IT infrastructure
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (Active Directory, deployment, configuration – physical & virtual)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Network administration (firewalls, VPN, DHCP, DNS, dual WAN setups, cabling, racking, and network design)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Project management (hardware/network upgrades, VoIP migrations, vendor coordination)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Procurement and ground-up installation of IT infrastructure
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Team-oriented, self-starter with ability to lead and manage technical projects
Preferred
Experience supporting Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft
Familiarity with dental imaging devices and software (e.g., Dexis, VaTech EzDent-i, Eaglesoft Schick, Carestream)
