Receptionist
Avista Senior Living is seeking an exceptional Receptionist to manage the busy Front Desk of their assisted living community. The role involves providing information and assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards
Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc
Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
Document in the logbook any significant incidents
Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
Qualification
Preferred
Experience in customer service is highly desired, prefer experience in senior living (not mandatory)
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Upbeat and positive team player attitude
Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
Proactive customer service approach
Microsoft and computer knowledge
Ideas, creativity, enthusiasm and high standards for resident care
