Responsibilities

Work with customers on new and existing edge analytics deployments, which involves de-bugging customer PLC code to ensure communications are configured properly

Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks and communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, etc.)

Integrate field instruments, drives, HMIs, and SCADA systems with Specific Energy's Tagger environment

Diagnose and resolve system and communication issues for customers

Support site commissioning, startup, and optimization activities

Create and maintain project documentation (schematics, I/O lists, configurations)

Provide customer support and occasional on-site training
