Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and optimize software solutions across applications, databases, and integrations
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned to business needs
Translate business and technical requirements into effective technical implementations
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
Troubleshoot issues and support QA, UAT, and production releases
Apply Agile principles to support high-performing teams
Mentor and coach team members on development best practices
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
Extensive experience with Android development using Java, Kotlin, and Python
Expertise with Gradle or Maven build tools
Proficiency with Git, AWS, and SQL
Experience with Cloud-based Java applications
Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab)
Knowledge of Cloud security best practices and zero-trust principles
Experience working with APIs and integration frameworks
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience building Android applications using the Ktor Framework
Familiarity with application monitoring, observability, and logging tools
