Responsibilities
Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple domains or business units
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, forecasting, budgeting, and delivery
Partner with senior engineering, product, and business leaders to align technical programs with business objectives and priorities
Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of TPMs and TPM managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Take a systematic approach to solving highly technical engineering problems, including prioritization, scoping, and progress tracking
Leverage deep technical understanding to influence architectural decisions and drive progress on critical engineering challenges
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in product management, technical program management, engineering, or related leadership roles within leading technology companies
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical programs
Deep technical understanding of modern systems, architectures, and platforms (coding not required, but must understand system flows, APIs, etc.)
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
