Responsibilities

Analyze, prepare, and input new documentation and agreements (leases, easements, permits, and rights of way) into the company database "ROWDMAP."
Assist Land & ROW team members with project and day-to-day records research
Review, analyze, and process new contractual land and right of way agreements and documents
Receive, prepare, submit, and track land and ROW agreements and documents for recording
Enter and maintain electronic records (documents and images) in company databases
Perform general administrative duties including typing, copying, filing, and scanning
Support team members in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Required

Minimum of 1 year performing various aspects of land records functions
Minimum of 3 years in customer service-related activities
Ability to read maps and understand legal descriptions
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Occasional light lifting of records storage boxes (1–10 lbs)
The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed

Preferred

2–4 year college degree preferred; verifiable work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
