Responsibilities
Review, validate, and close work orders in the Hexagon Work Order Management System
Analyze and compare data from multiple electronic sources to determine work order status
Use spreadsheets to track and report lead work and activity metrics
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data and documentation
Utilize company tools and systems, including Hexagon, GIS, Google Workspace, and other electronic applications
Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as COUNTIF, SUMIF, and similar functions
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with the Hexagon Work Order Management System (preferred, not required)
ESRI / GIS experience is a plus
