Responsibilities
Controlling access to buildings and grounds, allowing access under the branch policy
Handle incoming customer calls concerning Routing Specials on Demand, Service Request, No pick-ups, Resolve customer issues, Generate ETA to Ops Report, Communication with all routes
Logging hourly calls into the report log system, including over the payment liability route problems/concerns about Suspicious activity
Create Holiday Routes and Maintain Requests from Customers and National Accounts
Send out safety/ security messages
Coordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware
Coordinate variable account pick-ups and deliveries
Maintain the Daily ATM Combos list
Assist Messengers with force balances on ATMs and any related ATM Issues
Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the Management Staff
Handling customers’ calls into the branch, communicating with all routes, providing ATM combo/support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI information Daily, and maintaining Branch reports
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle incoming customer calls concerning routing specials on demand and service requests
Ability to resolve customer issues and generate ETA to Ops report
Ability to communicate with all routes
Ability to log hourly calls into the report log system, including over the payment liability route problems/concerns about suspicious activity
Ability to create holiday routes and maintain requests from customers and national accounts
Ability to send out safety/security messages
Ability to coordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware
Ability to coordinate variable account pick-ups and deliveries
Ability to maintain the daily ATM combos list
Ability to assist messengers with force balances on ATMs and any related ATM issues
Ability to perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the management staff
Ability to maintain and update SOFI information daily
Ability to maintain branch reports
Ability to work in a climate-controlled office environment
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
Ability to open doors to the building
Ability to answer company phone lines
Ability to operate computers
Ability to monitor vehicle radios
