Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory
Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues
Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity
Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks

Qualification

FMCG experienceProject managementBachelor's degreePMP certificationStakeholder engagementCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solvingCollaboration

Required

2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus

Preferred

Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables
