Responsibilities

Maintain Data Integrity: Perform weekly audits of GPO and IDN rosters, updating SAP to ensure our contract database reflects the most current affiliations

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Accounts and Contract Analysts to validate membership, manage Letters of Commitment (LOCs), and resolve pricing discrepancies with Customer Service

Drive Analytics: Design and manage custom reports and margin analyses to track customer activity against contracted commitments

System Management: Oversee the database for accrual percentages, GPO fees, and distributor chargebacks across multiple product lines
