Responsibilities
Contact our current clients via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process
Deliver a persuasive consultation to clients on how the accelerated loan can assist them in graduating from their debt settlement program at an accelerated rate
Collect required documents from customers during the application, move the transaction through the underwriting process, and quickly arrange a closing with the customer
Use Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production
Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales experience
Excellent time-management and organizational skills required to follow-up on a pipeline of 200+ leads daily
Experience uncovering consumers needs to gather more information to provide solution-based services
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and influence
Computer proficiency with experience working within a CRM
Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance based goals while working independently
Positive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to accept coaching
High School diploma or equivalent
