Erickson Senior Living is one of the country’s largest providers of senior living and health care. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Financial Planning and Analysis team by identifying business opportunities and building robust models for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Monitor business lines and programs to evaluate adherence to established plans and goals, inclusive of in-depth variance and trend analysis

Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling to promote efficient financial operations and implement new initiatives

Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs and drive improvements in management reporting including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards

Participate in enterprise projects to improve data [operational and financial] infrastructure

Lead recurring financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

Assist leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses & solution development

Required

Minimum 4 years of experience, with superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Working understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and mechanics required

Experience with business case analysis and financial model development required

Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate financial and operational information

Preferred

Experience with visualization and analytics software such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau or Qlik Sense

Project management experience
