Gore Business System Specialist
W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join their Gore Business System office. The role involves collaborating with the global Integrated Supply Chain team to drive the adoption of the Gore Business System, empowering associates, optimizing processes, and solving critical problems to deliver sustainable results.

Responsibilities
Support Gore Business System (GBS) implementation across Gore Medical Integrated Supply Chain
Facilitate teams in Kaizen and rapid process-improvement, from problem identification through solution implementation and successful monitoring
Utilize data, best practices, and prior Continuous Improvement deployment experience to identify performance gaps, work with local leaders to develop and execute improvement plans
Utilize GBS structured problem-solving approach to analyze current conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and deploy appropriate Lean tools to resolve
Coach others to create and execute methods to promote desired process-improvement behavior
Support development and delivery of GBS tools and training content
Continuously expand knowledge of process improvement through external benchmarking
Actively support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in alignment with Gore’s Culture and Principles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Ops Management, or Minimum of 5 years of successful Operations Leadership and or Continuous Improvement work history
Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing continuous improvement, Lean, and/or six sigma applications
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to transparently communicate and relate to people at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and influence both individually and broadly across the division (including leading leaders)
Demonstrated lean or operational excellence proficiency
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training materials, simulations, and exercises
Proven ability to facilitate kaizen, diverse problem solving and improvement events
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Travel up to 25%

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Prosci Change Management Certification
