RBC is seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Banking Analytics to lead and support the firm’s expanding banking products. This role will drive data-driven decision-making and optimize field-facing banking consultants while fostering collaboration across multiple business lines and teams.

Responsibilities

Design and execute initiatives to enhance productivity of bankers across the United States and deepen client engagement through data-backed solutions
Partner with product teams to refine banking offerings (e.g., credit cards, mortgages, cash sweep accounts) and unlock growth opportunities
Analyze trends and recommend strategies related to pricing of cash and other banking products
Work closely with Corporate Treasury to optimize cash utilization while supporting firm-wide financial goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Knowledge of funds transfer pricing (FTP) and its impact on financial performance
Strong expertise in banking products, including cash sweep accounts, credit cards, and mortgages
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on large data sets, automation, and deriving actionable insights
Proficiency/understanding of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake)
Prior experience managing skilled individual contributors
