They are seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Assistant to support their Creative and Marketing teams with high-quality design work and day-to-day campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing graphics for email newsletters, web assets, banners, digital ads, and social media

Edit, proof, and refine designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment before submission

Assist in maintaining and evolving brand aesthetics across POP Fit Clothing and Cheek Boss

Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and creative tools

Support marketing projects by helping manage campaign calendars, schedules, and deadlines

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, consistent, and launched on time

Assist with email marketing efforts including newsletter artwork setup, review, scheduling, and performance tracking (ex: subject line results)

Help maintain marketing sheets, calendars, and basic campaign analytics

Perform routine usability checks and assist with market research

Maintain marketing product catalogs with correct items

Update and maintain marketing product categories and website pages

Required

Strong visual communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator required)

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
