Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and personal injury matters in state and federal courts

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, status reports, briefs, and other litigation documents

Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues related to civil defense and liability

Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

Work directly with clients, insurers, experts, and opposing counsel to develop and execute litigation strategy

Communicate effectively and professionally with judges, clients, and colleagues

Assist in post-trial activities and appellate briefing when needed
