Responsibilities
Use innovation and creativity to help drive results in supply chain management
Work in a fast-paced plant environment and learn interpersonal skills including prioritizing tasks and balancing multiple projects
Qualification
Required
Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, Business/Management or Organizational Leadership
Must be graduating between August 2026 and June 2028
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
Must be willing to work in a plant environment
Preferred
Highly proficient with Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
Demonstrated leadership in field of study, extracurricular activities or service organizations
Experience with commodities (metals, stampings, castings, plastics, resins, paint, electronics, etc.)
Exposure to logistics, packaging or manufacturing
Knowledge of procurement software and databases
Knowledge of materials management
Experience with interpreting market data
Exposure to reading blueprints and understanding basic engineering documents
Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
