Business Development Director (Experiential Marketing)
TH Experiential is a creatively-led experiential agency seeking a Business Development Director to drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development. The role involves building outbound strategies, managing CRM systems, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified leads while contributing to pitch development and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities
Build and execute a proactive outbound strategy, including campaign calendars, prospecting sequences, vertical targeting, and list prioritization
Develop, test and optimize, messaging tailored to industries and buyer personas
Own CRM management, including oversight of list building, sequencing, and data hygiene
Identify, research, and qualify high-potential prospects aligned to TH’s creative and experiential strengths
Drive outreach across email, LinkedIn, network activation, events, and other channels
Partner with leadership to shape pursuit strategies and determine pitch priority
Proactively re-engage past TH clients through thoughtful outreach, relevant case studies, and timing-based messaging
Identify 'reactivation triggers' (brand changes, new product launches, new CMOs, agency transitions)
Build a systematic approach to warm-lead nurturing and reactivation cycles
Build dashboards and weekly/quarterly reporting to communicate pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue forecasting
Identify performance gaps in outbound channels and implement rapid experimentation to improve results
Capture lessons learned from new business losses to inform process optimization
Partner with strategy, creative, and production teams for pitch alignment, proposal input, and handoff coordination. Support pitch meetings and presentations as needed
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, or growth roles—preferably within experiential, creative, marketing, or integrated agency environments
Demonstrated ability to build and execute outbound programs that result in qualified meetings and meaningful opportunities
Strong experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for sequencing, reporting, list building, and attribution
Proven success developing messaging, writing outreach copy, and testing/iterating campaign strategies
Data-informed and analytical, with the ability to track performance and continuously optimize
Relationship-driven with a warm, authentic, credible presence in early sales conversations
Fluency with sales systems, CRM workflows, and outbound operations
Ability to forecast and manage pipeline independently
Comfort navigating a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
