Treasury Client Onboarding Project Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee all client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients, adding new treasury services with direct impact on Treasury Client Onboarding and Servicing (TCOS); ensure project deliverables are met, on time
Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives
Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with the use of project plans as needed
Solicit ongoing feedback from client, Relationship Manager, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically five to eight years of related experience

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services
Strong project management skills and expertise
Strong project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong executive presence, confidence partnering with a variety of levels within the organization
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority
Background managing or servicing business clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
