Progressively responsible experience in real estate acquisitions, commercial property negotiations, real estate development, appraisal, or property management may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis
Must possess a valid State of Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License or Real Estate Broker's License
Must secure Property Management Certification within one-year probationary period
