Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for RMA equipment including scanners, laptops, and printers
Perform diagnosis and Tier 1 repairs on various devices and equipment
Process RMA requests and manage equipment returns/replacements
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance, and support activities
Participate in continuous improvement projects with IT peers and operations teams
Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
Support engineering projects and special initiatives as needed
Assisting in training new hires
Continuous learning of new technologies
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers

Required

1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

Preferred

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
Experience in oral and written communication
Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
Service Management, Project Management, and Inventory Management skills
Experience with automation; Python, HTML, Java, C++
